PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Beaded Garden NOW ACCEPTS VISA and MASTERCARD. You may leave your CC# in the notes box with exp. date and phone number OR leave a note stating you wish to use your CC but not through paypal with a phone number. We will call you ASAP to receive the rest of the information needed by phone. We DO accept personal checks (made out to Lisa Holt), money orders and payments through www.paypal.com. Paypal is a secure online site that is preferred by millions online. If you do not already have an account with them, you may create one while checking out with your purchase through our site. All personal checks must clear before item (s) ship out. Please mail checks or money orders to:

SHIPPING

USPS ships all orders. After the order has been placed, your piece will ship out within 48 hours unless notified of a back order and or it’s being freshly made. You may combine as many items you would like without any extra shipping fees. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged caused by the USPS.

RETURNS

All items EXCEPT sale items, are to be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. All sale items are final. Please write to lisaholt@thebeadedgarden.com BEFORE shipping item (s) back to receive your authorization return # and the return address to ship back to. Please write the RA# on your return package. Items without an RA # will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.

WARRANTY

All Lisa Holt designs bought from www.TheBeadedGarden.com have a 4-month warranty included. We will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 4 months of purchase. AFTER the warranty expires Repairs/replacements are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling . There is a turn-around time of 4-6 weeks for repairs/replacements. Please follow the procedures outlined above under RETURNS when submitting your claim. Please note that one of a kind pendants or stones can be very difficult to find again and sometimes it may not be possible for the www.TheBeadedGarden.com to do so.
